Customers can expect to receive messages containing ACCOUNT NOTIFICATIONS, including purchased services and appointment confirmations. Customers may receive CUSTOMER CARE messages, with resolution information regarding any difficulties with their purchased service. HIGHER EDUCATION communications will include alerts regarding updated curricula or additional necessary information to prepare users for their selected service. MARKETING messages may include notifications about newly added courses and locations along with information on how to register. Customers may receive bilateral communication through ANSWERING CUSTOMER MESSAGES or CONVERSATIONAL MESSAGING, if they initiate a conversation with Integrity Shield via SMS.
Message frequency may vary, but at no time should a user receive more than six text messages a month.
